Up for sale is my 2008 BMW M3, E92 Coupe in one of the best combinations, Alpine White, Carbon Fiber Roof, 6 Speed Manual Transmission and Black Leather Interior. It has really low miles, 56,800 and it is a garage queen, I never drive it unless the weather is sunny and there is a 0% chance of rain. The car is extremely clean, even the undercarriage is pristine including the exhaust and exhaust tips. The car has brand new Michelin Pilot SS's in the front and matching PSS in the rear. If you know the E9X cars, you know this is a common dry rot issue. It is a $35 part and 20 minutes of work but it should be done when it is warm out and the rubber is more flexible. There is a lien on the car at a Credit Union, however, I live in KY and I do have a title and I can get a temporary tag for the buyer. I will produce a notarized bill of sale along with a payoff letter from the credit union which the buyer can pay off directly to ensure it is properly paid off and the title gets transferred. Hard to find E90 M3 with award winning S65 V8 engine and 6 speed manual transmission. $6k paint job. All bells and whistles available to year model. Car has been in an accident about 6 years ago but professionally repaired and has not had problem since. I looked at the autocheck report and it can be confusing because shows multiple events. In reality it had only one event (accident) in 2012 and every time new title was issued it showed as salvage. The car has a rebuild title and no salvage. Body has few imperfections (few small dents, tiny paint chips from hwy driving , etc), few removable accent stripes and interior is in pretty good shape for 10 year old car. Has been in Texas for almost two years and I have a Texas blue rebuild title. Drives good and everything works. Tires have about 70% tread, brakes almost new.
